Redbrik is an independent, award-winning estate agency helping people sell, buy, let, rent and invest across Sheffield, Chesterfield, Dronfield and the surrounding areas.
We’ve grown considerably over the years, but the principles behind Redbrik remain the same: better marketing, clearer advice and a property experience people remember.
Where we began...
It started with three people, one small office and a different idea of what estate agency could be.
Redbrik was established in 2013 from a small office on Glumangate in Chesterfield, with a team of just three and an ambition to create a better property experience.
From the beginning, the focus was simple: make moving easier, market property better and deliver the kind of service people would remember.

A bigger team, a broader service - and the same focus on doing things better.
More than 11,500 completed property sales later, Redbrik has grown into a team of over 60 property specialists across our offices in Sheffield and Chesterfield, with expertise spanning Residential Sales, Lettings & Asset Management and Land & New Homes. Commercial Property services are also available through our sister company, Bothams.
Along the way, we’ve continued to invest in better ways of moving - from launching SecureMove™ to giving clients 24/7 access to their property journey through the Street App - while the Redbrik Foundation helps us give something back to the communities we work in.
What hasn’t changed is the focus we started with: standout marketing, straight-talking advice and a personal service built around people.

Giving something back to the communities we call home.
Since launching in 2020, the Redbrik Foundation has donated tens of thousands of pounds to local charities, community groups and causes across the areas we work in.
The Foundation supports organisations that make a real difference to local people, with a particular focus on children and young people, older and vulnerable people, and those living with disabilities.
