Are you a seasoned professional in property management with a passion for leadership and compliance? We are seeking a highly motivated Lettings Manager to lead our thriving team and oversee a diverse portfolio of over 600 properties.
Key Responsibilities:
Portfolio Management:
· Effectively manage a substantial portfolio of over 600 properties.
· Ensure seamless tenant relations and satisfaction through proactive communication and issue resolution.
· Implement strategic initiatives to maximize property performance and rental yields.
Team Leadership:
· Lead and inspire a dedicated team of property professionals.
· Foster a collaborative and positive team culture.
· Provide mentorship and training to team members for continuous improvement.
· Set and monitor performance targets to drive success.
Legislative Compliance:
· Stay abreast of current legislation and regulatory changes in the property and lettings sector.
· Implement and enforce compliance policies to mitigate risks and ensure adherence to legal requirements.
· Conduct regular training sessions to keep the team informed about legislative updates.
Business Growth and Sales:
· Identify and create sales opportunities within the property portfolio.
· Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth.
· Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance property visibility and attract new clients.
Qualifications and Skills:
· Proven experience in property management, with a track record of successfully overseeing large portfolios.
· Previous experience in a leadership or managerial role within the property sector.
· In-depth understanding of current legislation and regulations in the property and lettings industry.
· Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
· Ability to build strong relationships with team members, clients, and external stakeholders.
Salary: £40,000 plus
