Sales Manager (Crystal Peaks)

9.00 am to 5.30 pm Monday to Friday, and Saturday on a rota basis; 9.00 am to 4.00 pm

  • At the very forefront of our business, showcasing our brand and talking passionately about our beautiful homes.
  • Looking after a portfolio of properties and maintaining a close working relationship with those clients while using the most effective marketing tools to encourage viewings and, ultimately, offers. 
  • Negotiating an offer to a successful agreed sale and keeping all parties and property records updated every step of the way.
  • Working closely with a dedicated consultant as a team to achieve team targets.

Salary: £25,000 -£34,500


Property Representative (Crystal Peaks)

9.00 am to 5.30 pm Monday to Friday, and Saturday on a rota basis; 9.00 am to 4.00 pm

  • An integral part of the Redbrik team, showcasing our brand and our properties.
  • Working within a busy sales environment as part of the team working towards office goals.
  • Call and Enquiry Handling.
  • A brand and SecureMove™ ambassador
  • Listening and helping buyers to find their perfect Redbrik property.
  • Helping buyers to visualise a home, an investment, a lifestyle or a future in a new area.
  • Offering great local area knowledge and exceptional customer service.

Salary: £22,500

Lettings Manager (Ecclesall Road, Sheffield) 

Are you a seasoned professional in property management with a passion for leadership and compliance? We are seeking a highly motivated Lettings Manager to lead our thriving team and oversee a diverse portfolio of over 600 properties.

Key Responsibilities:
Portfolio Management:
· Effectively manage a substantial portfolio of over 600 properties.
· Ensure seamless tenant relations and satisfaction through proactive communication and issue resolution.
· Implement strategic initiatives to maximize property performance and rental yields.
Team Leadership:
· Lead and inspire a dedicated team of property professionals.
· Foster a collaborative and positive team culture.
· Provide mentorship and training to team members for continuous improvement.
· Set and monitor performance targets to drive success.
Legislative Compliance:
· Stay abreast of current legislation and regulatory changes in the property and lettings sector.
· Implement and enforce compliance policies to mitigate risks and ensure adherence to legal requirements.
· Conduct regular training sessions to keep the team informed about legislative updates.
Business Growth and Sales:
· Identify and create sales opportunities within the property portfolio.
· Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth.
· Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance property visibility and attract new clients.
Qualifications and Skills:
· Proven experience in property management, with a track record of successfully overseeing large portfolios.
· Previous experience in a leadership or managerial role within the property sector.
· In-depth understanding of current legislation and regulations in the property and lettings industry.
· Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
· Ability to build strong relationships with team members, clients, and external stakeholders.

Salary: £40,000 plus
