Property Asset Manager
Job Type: Full-time
You will be responsible for our growing lettings portfolio and be able to understand what each landlord is looking for in a tenant, going the extra mile to find the perfect match. The role involves:
- Handling the lettings journey, from the point where an applicant has been successful to the end of the tenancy; answering queries, guiding tenants through the referencing process and providing regular updates.
- Offering a full management service for landlords including property inspections, dealing with maintenance inquiries and conducting check-ins and check-outs.

Client Services Team (Sheffield)
9.00 am to 5.30 pm Monday to Friday, and Saturday on a rota basis; 9.00 am to 4.00 pm
This is a soft sales role which involves speaking with our past, present and future customers. You will be booking market appraisals and property viewings and promoting Redbrik’s products and services. We are looking for:
- People who are passionate about delivering a personal and brilliant customer experience
- A clear communicator and a good listener over the phone
- Great local knowledge of Chesterfield and Sheffield
- Confident and persuasive in promoting our products and services

Sales Manager (Chesterfield)
9.00 am to 5.30 pm Monday to Friday, and Saturday on a rota basis; 9.00 am to 4.00 pm
- At the very forefront of our business, showcasing our brand and talking passionately about our beautiful homes.
- Looking after a portfolio of properties and maintaining a close working relationship with those clients while using the most effective marketing tools to encourage viewings and, ultimately, offers.
- Negotiating an offer to a successful agreed sale and keeping all parties and property records updated every step of the way.
- Working closely with a dedicated consultant as a team to achieve team targets.
Salary: £21,500 plus commissions, £27,000+ OTE
Lettings Negotiator (Sheffield/Chesterfield)
Full time: Monday to Friday 9am - 5.30pm and 1 IN 3 Saturday’s 9am - 4pm
You would be...

- Negotiating new tenancy applications
- Dealing with initial enquiries into lettings
- Developing new investor relationships and offering investment advice on where/what to buy
- Generating new business and supporting the team in carrying out market appraisals
What you’ll need...
- Honesty, integrity and bags of confidence, delivering a gold standard service to every single client.
- Previous lettings experience is useful but not essential
- The ability to demonstrate excellent sales skills
- Great life skills and good general knowledge.
- To be just a really nice person, likeable and approachable, energetic and trustworthy
Salary: OTE £23,000 to £28,000, subject to experience
