Rightmove has published its most recent House Price Index, showing that the low levels of stock available across the country has continued throughout July.
The new data from Rightmove shows the average number of days from listing to SSTC on newly listed properties was at a continued low of 35 days for Yorkshire and the Humber during July.
With limited stock on the market and short listing times, being prepared to move quickly will be one of your biggest advantages when it comes to buying a new property.
