Redbrik On The Route

#Local

The Sheffield Half Marathon  is taking place again this year on Sunday 26th March. Beginning on Arundel Gate, the half marathon takes runners from Sheffield City Centre uphill to the stunning scenic border of the Peak District National Park, before heading back down Ecclesall Road past the Redbrik office, through to Bramhall Lane and ending in the city centre, outside the Winter Gardens.

This route highlights some of the most beautiful areas of Sheffield, famous sites, and even a selection of Redbrik properties which are currently for sale!

Montrose Court, Hill Turrets Close, S11

Heading towards the middle of the half marathon route, this spacious two-bedroom apartment is located on the second floor, offering far-reaching views.

The open-plan layout of this home allows for an abundance of natural light throughout the kitchen/diner.

For sale with no onward chain, this apartment is ideal for buyers looking for a quick move and is currently on the market at £280,000.

Edale Road, Sheffield, S11

More than first meets the eye, this stunning three-bedroom semi-detached property is beautifully decorated throughout and is in an excellent location. Outside, you will find a two-tiered landscaped garden with a patio and lawn, perfect for children to play.

Also close to the middle of the half marathon route, this property is in an excellent location. Greystones offers an abundance of green spaces and is close to all the amenities of Ecclesall Road and Sharrow Vale.

An ideal property for family buyers, this home is for sale at £365,000.

Wayland Road, Sheffield, S11

If you are running the 10k, by the time you reach Wayland Road in Sharrow Vale you will have taken on the timed 10k section of the route and you are heading back towards the city centre- and the finish!

But this outstanding property is not to be missed. With three double bedrooms, this home is deceptively spacious, complete with a bay windowed lounge, an open plan kitchen/diner and a driveway with off-road parking.

Sharrow Vale is an incredibly popular area of Sheffield. You are within walking distance to a range of shops, restaurants and cafes on Ecclesall Road and it is ideal for those looking to relocate close to the University of Sheffield or the hospital.

This property is now for sale with a guide price of £300,000 to £325,000.
