We’re pleased to announce the launch of our brand-new Property Check-up service today.
The service gives homeowners the opportunity to receive an expert report about their property, including its approximate value as well as insightful local market data, within 12 hours of filling in the online form.
Available initially during the Christmas period only, there is no need to change out of your pyjamas, leave the house or tidy! All Redbrik Property Consultants will request is a few details of your property or, even better, a video. You will receive all the information you need to consider your next move or property plans, including average local price changes, recent transactions, and schools and amenities information.
Our Co-Founder and Managing Director, Mark Ross, explained: “We’re thrilled to be launching our brand-new Property Check-up service, where homeowners can find out all they need to know about their property, without even having to leave their home.

If you would like us to sell your home, the valuation figure provided is subject to a formal, in-person valuation. The Property Check-up will be delivered within 12 hours of form submission during our Christmas opening hours, which are available to view below.
Monday 20th – Thursday 23rd December: 9 am – 5.30 pm
Friday 24th December: 9 am – 1 pm
Saturday 25th, Sunday 26th, Monday 27th, Tuesday 28th: Closed
Wednesday 29th – Thursday 30th December: 9 am – 5.30 pm
Friday 31st December: 9 am – 1 pm
Saturday 1st, Sunday 2nd, Monday 3rd January: Closed
Outside of these times, Property Check-ups will be delivered within 12 hours on the next working day.
