Things change quickly at Redbrik. As an ever-growing company, we’re thrilled to welcome two new individuals to join our Operations team, Emma and Claire. Each bringing a wealth of experience, Emma Robinson and Claire Madej are working in business and director support, and HR and recruitment. Not only have we welcomed new recruits, but we’ve also expanded our Marketing and Communications offering, promoting Maddy Barber to Communications Manager.
Emma is joining us as Personal Assistant to our Managing Director Mark Ross, while also providing wider business support. With Emma’s expertise having worked in a similar role in a property development company for nine years, we’re excited to have her on board.
With all of these recruits, it only made sense to hire our very own recruitment expert, Claire. Claire is a certified recruitment professional with 12 years of experience within Recruitment and HR and extensive knowledge of employment law and best practice. At Redbrik, we have a passion for developing from within and ensuring that our staff as well as our clients are at the heart of everything we do. Claire’s dedicated role will ensure that we’re optimising our teams, as well as recruiting new talent. With Claire’s expertise, we’re excited to hone in our recruitment processes and to further achieve our goals of hiring talented individuals, not just those with experience in property, but beyond too.
Our Marketing Executive Maddy Barber will also be taking up a new role as Communications Manager. Maddy joined us as Marketing Assistant in 2019 and soon worked her way up to becoming Marketing Executive where she became a key team member in formulating and executing Redbrik’s marketing. With Maddy’s experience in on and offline marketing and finger on the pulse of the evolving market, we’re excited for her to develop the communications strategy for our growing range of services.
