As our company continues to grow, so must our team and we are pleased to announce we now employ more than 50 members of staff at Redbrik. We have advertised job roles, held interviews and hired eight new people, all of whom exemplify the Redbrik ethos.

Janet Stevenson – Sales Manager
Janet has more than 20 years’ experience within the property industry and has a real passion for the sector. She has joined our Chesterfield sales team where she loves seeing a property coming onto the market and seeing the sale all the way through to the handing over of the keys, with a satisfied seller and buyer.
Emma Walker – Applicant Manager
Emma loves helping people and building strong relationships. She’s using all her past experience as a marketing assistant to help our buyers find the homes of their dreams. Her previous roles within the legal profession have provided her with the tools she needs to provide excellent customer service and exceptional organisation.
Rebecca Kay – Sales Manager
Rebecca joins our team of Sales Managers in the Crystal Peaks office and brings more than eight years of industry experience to the company. She has experience of the full sales process, from getting a new instruction, right up until completion and assists both buyers and sellers in their property journey.
Julie Murashe – Viewings Representative
Before working at Redbrik, Julie worked as a Deputy Headteacher for more than 34 years in primary schools throughout Sheffield. She took early retirement at 55 but found that she wanted to continue working closely with people and was happy to fuse this with her love of property and interior design. She now works in our Millhouses office accompanying Redbrik customers in property visits and answering any questions.
Lewis Lindsay – Sales Manager
Lewis has more than three years’ experience within the property sector and brings his knowledge to our Millhouses office where he works as a Sales Manager. He originally started as a marketing apprentice and gained a Level 3 Subsidiary Diploma in Digital Marketing, so now applies his expertise in this area in helping our vendors market their properties.

Hannah Mitchell – New Homes Sales Manager
Hannah has worked within estate agency for more than three years, starting her career as a Lettings Manager and completing her ARLA Qualification, before taking on a Sales Valuer role. She has now joined Redbrik as a Sales Manager within our New Homes department, adding to our fast-growing team.
Jennifer Hitchman – Sheffield Lettings Manager
Jen is heading up the lettings team for the Sheffield area, in a new role for Redbrik, bringing her enthusiasm, meticulous organisation and passion for customer service. Jen has spent the last six years working with multiple property brands, with a strong focus on lettings, which has given her a wealth of experience working in a predominantly investor market and a love for working in a fast-paced city environment.
Maddy Barber – Marketing Assistant
Finally, we welcome our first marketing assistant to the team – Maddy. With experience gained in the business travel and technology sectors, Maddy will apply her expertise to the property market. She will assist in formulating and executing the marketing strategy for Redbrik, working closely with the directors to help drive the company forward.
