Property Representative.

Property Representatives are often the first point of contact for our clients and applicants. They're right at the frontline - answering enquiries, speaking to buyers, arranging and conducting viewings and making sure people receive the Redbrik experience from their very first interaction.

It's a role for someone who loves people, thrives on pace and is brilliant at making a great first impression.

Key responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming calls and deal with customer enquiries promptly and professionally.

  • Respond to property enquiries across phone, email and digital channels.

  • Register and qualify new applicants.

  • Understand what buyers are looking for and match them with suitable properties.

  • Arrange and conduct property viewings.

  • Follow up viewings and gather valuable feedback.

  • Maintain regular contact with applicants and potential buyers.

  • Identify opportunities to introduce buyers to other suitable properties.

  • Support the Sales Negotiators and Property Consultants with day-to-day sales activity.

  • Help generate new enquiries and maximise opportunities from every conversation.

  • Keep property and applicant information accurate and up to date.

  • Provide a friendly, knowledgeable and proactive first impression of Redbrik.

  • Work towards individual and team targets.
