Redbrik celebrates seven team promotions across Sheffield & Chesterfield
Seven members of the Redbrik team have stepped into new roles across Sales, Lettings and Operations, recognising their contribution to the business and continuing development within the team.
Over recent weeks, we’ve celebrated a series of internal promotions across Redbrik, recognising people who consistently go above and beyond for our clients, their colleagues and the business.

Each promotion reflects individual achievement, but together they also say something important about the culture at Redbrik: giving talented people the opportunity to develop, take on greater responsibility and build their careers with us.
Growing our leadership team
Gemma Hynes, who recently celebrated ten years with Redbrik, has stepped into the role of Area Manager, overseeing our Sheffield and Crystal Peaks sales teams.
With a decade of experience within the business, Gemma brings extensive local market knowledge and a detailed understanding of the Redbrik way of working to both offices.
Also celebrating ten years with Redbrik is Tammy Kelly, who has progressed from Sales Manager to Office Manager at our Crystal Peaks branch. Tammy now oversees the day-to-day running of the office while continuing to play a key role in delivering a consistently high standard of service.
At our Ecclesall Road office, Clayton Bissett has been promoted from Sales Manager to Office Manager. Since joining Redbrik almost three years ago, Clayton has made a real impact on the Sheffield team through his commitment to our clients and the wider business.
Progression within Redbrik Lettings
Our growing Lettings team has also seen two promotions, with Maya Haigh-Greaves becoming Lettings Manager and Tirion Williams progressing to Senior Lettings Negotiator.
Maya joined Redbrik as a Lettings Negotiator just over two years ago, progressing to Senior Lettings Negotiator within eight months. In her new role, she leads the front-end Lettings team, supporting performance and day-to-day operations while remaining closely involved with clients and properties.
Tirion joined Redbrik seven months ago and has quickly built a reputation for her proactive approach and detailed knowledge of the properties she represents. As Senior Lettings Negotiator, she takes greater responsibility for the move-in process, landlord communication and ensuring everything is in place before a tenancy begins.
New roles across the wider business
Laura Molloy has moved into the role of Projects & Compliance Manager, having previously worked as a Sales Co-ordinator. Laura now leads on key business projects and supports compliance across Redbrik’s departments.
Beth Branch has also taken the next step in her Redbrik career, moving from Property Representative at Crystal Peaks to Sales Manager at our Sheffield branch.
Her progression is another example of the opportunities available to people who want to develop within the business.

Since Redbrik began with a team of three in Chesterfield, we’ve grown into a multi-branch property business with more than 60 specialists across Residential Sales, Lettings & Asset Management and Land & New Homes.
That growth has brought plenty of change, but our focus on building a knowledgeable, collaborative team has remained constant.
These promotions represent much more than new job titles. They reflect trust, development and a long-term commitment to creating careers within property.
