Bothams Joins Redbrik: What the merger means for sellers, landlords & tenants
Redbrik has joined forces with Bothams, one of Chesterfield’s longest-established estate agencies, bringing together two well-known local property businesses and expanding our expertise across residential sales, lettings, asset management and commercial property.
As part of the merger, ten experienced Bothams colleagues have joined the Redbrik team, more than 250 managed properties have been added to our lettings portfolio and Commercial Property services are now available through Bothams.

Bothams has been part of the Chesterfield property market for generations. Bringing the business into Redbrik combines that longstanding local expertise with Redbrik’s approach to property marketing, technology and client service.
For our clients, it means greater expertise across Residential Sales, Lettings & Asset Management and Commercial Property, alongside broader coverage across North Derbyshire, North Nottinghamshire and South Yorkshire.
Importantly, continuity remains at the heart of the move. Commercial Property continues to operate under the Bothams name, led by Andrew Terry as a Director of Redbrik and based at our Glumangate office in Chesterfield.
