Our Asset Managers look after one of the most important parts of the lettings journey - making sure landlords, tenants and properties are all well looked after.

It’s a role that combines property knowledge, organisation and relationship management, with plenty of problem-solving along the way.

Key responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of landlord properties.

  • Build long-term relationships with landlords and provide proactive advice.

  • Act as a key point of contact for landlords and tenants.

  • Coordinate maintenance and property issues.

  • Liaise with contractors and suppliers to resolve problems efficiently.

  • Manage property compliance and ensure required documentation is maintained.

  • Monitor property condition and identify opportunities for improvement.

  • Support landlords with property-related advice and investment decisions.

  • Handle issues and complaints professionally and proactively.

  • Work closely with Lettings Negotiators and the wider lettings team.

  • Help maximise rental income and protect the long-term value of properties.

  • Deliver an exceptional service that keeps landlords choosing Redbrik.
