Emi brings with her a wealth of experience in customer service, having set up her own cafe/restaurant, The Lilypad, in Chesterfield in 2014. She enjoyed growing the cafe team and building its reputation as a new and fresh cafe concept, inspired by Australia where she lived for a year. She now applies her skills in customer service to Redbrik’s vendors and buyers, ensuring everyone receives only the best service.
In her spare time, she loves socialising with friends and family (especially going out for food, and lots of it!) and enjoy the odd glass/bottle of wine!
