The first step in selling a house is booking a property valuation with a local agent. The appointment will consist of a walk around your property and a conversation regarding your plans and what you aim to achieve. Getting your property ready to market
Once you are happy with your valuation and marketing plan, we will book in your property photos and give you a few top tips ready for the arrival of our photographer. In the meantime, we will send over your contracts, take ID checks and set up your solicitor paperwork in readiness for a sale. At this point, you will be introduced to the dedicated Redbrik team who will be there for you throughout the process. Once you have approved your property photos and sales listing and feel comfortable, we will set the property live on the market. This is also a great time to instruct solicitors and get the legal process started. Using our legal-inclusive service, we instruct Redbrik approved solicitors at this point, to shorten your sales process.
Your launch day
We’ll organise and carry out a launch day at your property, inviting the most engaged potential buyers to view your property and ask any questions.
Choosing the right buyer
After receiving offers we will work with you to choose the best buyer and negotiate the best price, always completing background checks and financially qualifying potential buyers.
Progressing your sale
We work closely with your Redbrik-approved solicitors to ensure you and your buyers are kept up-to-date throughout the process and have an understanding of what is being worked on by solicitors behind the scenes aiming for completion as smoothly as possible.
Completion & move day
Once the property has legally transferred ownership, the keys will be passed to the buyers, and you will have successfully sold your property - congratulations!
