  • Book a property valuation
    Call our team of local lettings experts to book in for a market valuation. We will provide you with all necessary advice from legal certificate requirements to interest levels in your area and offer you a landlord's guide to renting. Whether you’re renting out a property for the first time, or you have an existing portfolio, we’re here to support you.
  • Choose your service level
    Different landlords have different needs, so it’s up to you how closely involved you want to be with the tenancy after it starts. We have a range of service packages to suit all your needs - from Introduction only to Fully Managed Enhanced. All our Landlords get a dedicated Redbrik Asset Manager to look after their property as well as the option for a number of benefits including bespoke concierge-style service, Rent & Legal Protection, and an Advanced Rent Service. 
  • Book your markup and measure
    Next, we’ll book in our professional photographer to visit the property to take photos, create a floorplan, and take all the listing details. 
  • We’ll market your property
    Once you have approved the marketing, we will begin to advertise your property to our internal database of engaged potential tenants, creating a bespoke audience to suit your needs. We’ll also set the property live on all property portals and carry out proactive marketing on and offline to find you the perfect tenant. 
  • We’ll carry out viewings
    We’ll invite a range of potential tenants to your property and carry out viewings, paying close attention to those who we think will be the perfect fit. Once we have received a number of applications, we will filter them so you can choose from the best. Then we’ll provide full visibility on all the most suitable applications and support you in choosing the right tenant. 
  • Making a match
    We’ll work with the prospective tenant or tenants to get references, take deposits and arrange a move-in date. Then we’ll get contracts signed and we will hand them the keys.
