This Ecclesall Road hideaway might be small on space, but it sure is big on flavour. Not that this should come as a surprise, Ashoka’s chefs have been mastering their delicious spices since 1967.

 You could, of course, go for a classic Tikka with your choice of filling, but you’d be better off expanding your horizons and opting for the sensational Karamalised Kashmiri, or even the beautifully rich, Keralan Coconut Curry. Sheer heaven.

Seven Hills Bakery

Sharrow Vale Road’s Seven Hills Bakery is the home to Sheffield’s sourdough experts. Their dough is delicately kneaded and baked fresh each day using wholefoods and local ingredients.
