Koko
Fancy something unique? Ecclesall’s Koko pride themselves on their handmade Japanese dishes that are not available anywhere else in the world. We’d recommend visiting during the day for an oriental take on Afternoon Tea to sample the fruity Strawberry Yuzu Cream Rolls and Crispy Chocolate Onigiri.
Ashoka
This Ecclesall Road hideaway might be small on space, but it sure is big on flavour. Not that this should come as a surprise, Ashoka’s chefs have been mastering their delicious spices since 1967.
You could, of course, go for a classic Tikka with your choice of filling, but you’d be better off expanding your horizons and opting for the sensational Karamalised Kashmiri, or even the beautifully rich, Keralan Coconut Curry. Sheer heaven.
Seven Hills Bakery
Sharrow Vale Road’s Seven Hills Bakery is the home to Sheffield’s sourdough experts. Their dough is delicately kneaded and baked fresh each day using wholefoods and local ingredients.
Their simple, little café is open for lunch all week as a showcase for their amazing sandwiches and crumbly pastries. Be sure to sample a magnificent Monmouth Coffee too while you’re there.
Porter Pizza Company
The Porter Pizza Company might just be the ultimate take-away destination for Sheffield’s pizza lovers.

Raffina by Reece Elliot
Masterchef star Reece Elliott and his team offer modern Italian flavours, high-quality ingredients, and world-class service from Raffina on Ecclesall Road.
A full lunch and dinner menu is available Wednesday - Saturday, while fantastic drinks and bar treats are available Monday - Saturday.
Reece has cooked alongside a highly regarded line-up of Michelin starred chefs including Marcus Wareing, Monica Galetti, Raymond Blanc, Tom Kerridge and James Martin.
Brocco on the Park
Brocco offer up an array of seasonal dishes, covering breakfast, lunch, dinner and an exquisite afternoon tea. The Scandinavian inspired meals are full of nourishment without compromising on flavour.

Botanical Gardens
A quiet walk through Ecclesall Road’s Botanical Garden’s is a wonderfully, relaxing way to spend an afternoon.
There are around 5000 species of vibrant plant-life to take in as you stroll through 19 acres of land. Of course, don’t forget to say hello to the garden’s wildlife, including many very friendly squirrels.
Endcliffe Park
Endcliffe Park, found just off the roundabout near the centre of Ecclesall Road, is a big, lush green space that is perfect for a day out with the family.
You could take some bread to the cute pond full of hungry ducks, bring a football and get some exercise in the huge field, or even take your little ones for a push on the swings. Don’t worry, you can stop by at the café afterwards to relax.
